We strive to provide high-quality portfolio and resume-building services. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
  • The service must not have been fully used or downloaded (e.g., a generated CV or portfolio).
  • If there are technical issues from our side that prevent you from using the service.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain services are non-refundable, including:

  • Completed and downloaded CVs, portfolios, or project templates.
  • Custom services or manual portfolio-building assistance.
  • Subscription fees after the trial period (if applicable).

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at support@snapfolio.tech with:

✅ The reason for your refund request.
✅ Screenshots (if applicable).

If approved, the refund will be credited within 10 business days to your bank account.

4. Modifications & Adjustments

Instead of a refund, we may offer:

  • Free modifications to your portfolio or CV.
  • Extended support to fix any issues.
