- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- The service must not have been fully used or downloaded (e.g., a generated CV or portfolio).
- If there are technical issues from our side that prevent you from using the service.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain services are non-refundable, including:
- Completed and downloaded CVs, portfolios, or project templates.
- Custom services or manual portfolio-building assistance.
- Subscription fees after the trial period (if applicable).
3. Refund Process
